About the Chef

Francisco (Frank) has been married to Jennifer Ramirez for 3 years. Together they are raising two children, Haley and Reed. Frank was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Frank decided to attend Scottsdale Culinary Institute shortly after high school.

He graduated from culinary school in October 1994 with an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Culinary Arts and Science and Restaurant Management.

Frank has over 17 years of experience in the kitchen developing and preparing delicious cuisine. His favorite part of being a chef is creating new and innovative dishes that are pleasing to the palate. He loves French cuisine and decided in 2010 that he wanted to open his own business. The idea of Crepe Nation was born! Crepe Nation is heavily influenced by French style cuisine. The versatility of crepes allows for the expansion of French cuisine to include both sweet and savory crepes that represent flavors and dishes from around the world. Frank is committed to providing a high quality food experience to all his customers and looks forward to meeting each and every customer.
